Reminder:

Under this Ordinance, 50% Down Payment of the sum of fees and charges for the reservation and occupation of all Nine (9) rooms and function hall of TIEZA Building, shall be paid to the management Three (3) days prior to the reserved date and time. This scheme is likewise applicable for the reservation and use of the resort’s Pavilion and Abono Partylist Building.

In case of postponement, the Official Representative of the reserving party shall notify the MBHCSR/BHA management One (1) day prior to the reserved date and time. However, in case of cancellation of reservation, paid down payment is considered consumable and non-refundable. The management has the right to accept reservation and or accommodate walk-ins on the date of the cancelled reservation.

Further, under this Ordinance, a corkage fee in the amount of Php 500.00 shall be collected from the owner/operator of Non-Balungao Resident Catering Service.
