Public bathrooms are available. And there is a large grass field before the beach where kids can play. Lingayen Beach is one of the most organized public beaches in Pangasinan.
When you visit Lingayen Beach, you can also have a side trip to Veterans Memorial Park, a popular tourist spot in Lingayen Pangasinan where pictures and things used in World War II were displayed. Set up on the front lawn is air fighter plane that were the actual aircraft used in the war. There were also tanks and cannons in sight. The place is now considered as the most valued museum of Pangasinan as it tells the story of the province’s history. You can also visit Provincial Capitol of Pangasinan located in front of the Veterans Memorial Park.
